Matt, a seasoned VP of Preconstruction & Sales with a Master’s Degree in Construction Management, empowers contracting firms as a Group Director at Well Built. His engaging social media content has fostered a collaborative community of industry leaders driving collective progress.

Michael Herndon
Over the past 16 years, Michael has served in a wide variety of roles within the industry, including engineering, estimating, project management, sales engineering, and sales. Michael co-founded StruktureOne in 2016 and has served as the company's principal engineer since, designing or overseeing the engineering on over 150 projects covering a wide range of applications and uses. Michael's background having worked on both the consulting engineering side as well as in the metal building industry helps him bring solutions from both worlds to the table for any given project.

From witnessing the painful closure of a family business during his high school years, Luke was driven to master the art of successful business management. This early experience ignited a lifelong passion for business finance and led him to pursue a degree in accounting, secure his CPA license, and gain invaluable insights from global leaders during his tenure as an auditor at Ernst & Young. In his roles as an auditor, a data analytics coach, and a director of accounting, Luke cultivated a robust knowledge base and a versatile skill set that bridges the crucial gap in understanding effective business operations. His diverse experience has equipped him with the tools to provide strategic oversight and actionable advice to business owners striving to avoid the pitfalls that once impacted his family.
